We understand that life can be busy, therefore we offer daytime, evening and weekend appointments.
We offer services in both French and English and we are happy to meet either in person or virtually.
At Mindful Paths, we prioritize a warm, safe and welcoming environment for our clients. Our office is easily accessible from different directions and offers free parking. We invite you to help yourself to coffee, tea or water, as well as the wifi connection, while waiting for your appointment.
At Mindful Paths Therapy, we understand that life can be difficult and that everyone faces challenges at some point. Our compassionate therapists are here to help you navigate those challenges and find healing. We offer a collaborative and personalized approach to therapy, which includes the use of multiple therapeutic approaches such as but not limited to; cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness.
We offer services to individuals of all ages facing a wide range of clinical issues including anger management, anxiety, depression, grief, parenting, self-esteem, etc.
